Welcome to Gradient Comfort's AI Tools. As with all AI, please double check all findings and outputs.
GRADIENT EXPERT CHATBOT:
The Gradient Expert Chatbot has been trained on a wide range of documents, presentations, and cut sheets that describe the Gradient product. It has been instructed to answer all questions based purely on this knowledge base, and has been restricted from using the internet to help. This means its really only as good as the data we feed it. Please report any odd behavior or outputs, and if there is new training data available, let me know (support).
GRADIENT FIT ANALZER:
This tool uses images of a building to determine window type, estimate sizing, and verify a range of requirements necessary for a Gradient comfort heat pump to be successfully installed.
Images: This tool can take multiple images of the inside and / or outside of a building. It can even handle more than one images at the same time (including both the inside and outside of a building). However, if you upload too many at once it can make the output somewhat hard to follow (just like if you were asked to explain a bunch of images at once).
You should attempt to find clear images that also include reference objects. If there is a can of soda, or a brick or other item that has a consistent size visible to the tool (for example), it will typically do a much better job estimating size. This tool is only as good as the photos that are uploaded, so try and take good photos that clearly show all aspects of the window.
